Margarita Hernandez

Margarita Hernandez of Uvalde passed away on Sunday November 20, 2011 in Hondo at the age of 98. She was born on October 16, 2011 in Mexico to Carmen Hernandez. She is survived by nephew, Raul Rodriguez of Uvalde, great niece, Marisela Ortiz of Uvalde, great nephews, Raul Rodriguez Jr. of Houston, Ben Rodriguez of Ft. Worth and numerous greatgreat nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her mother, sister, Rafaela Garcia, brother, Donicio Vega and niece Bartola G. Rodriguez. A rosary will be held on Monday November 21, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. at the Rushing Estes Knowles Chapel. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday November 22, 2011 at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Raul Rodriguez Jr., Ben Rodriguez, Jose Luis Ortiz and Jose Luis Ortiz Jr.
