Margarita Orta

Margarita Olvera Orta of Uvalde passed away on April 14, 2010 in Uvalde Healthcare and Rehab at the age of 72. She was born on February 21, 1938 in Rancho San Martin Coahuila, Mexico to Jose and Concepcion Olvera. She is survived by four daughters Cristina Mendez and husband, Ruben of San Antonio, Texas Magaly Rivera and husband, Jose Martha Soliz and husband, Albert and Claudia Veronica Rodriguez and husband, Juan all of Uvalde, Texas two sons Jose Luis Salazar and wife, Yolanda and Francisco Javier Zamora all of Uvalde, Texas two sisters Fecelita Guerra and husband, Adan of Eagle Pass, Texas and Francisca Olvera of piedras Negras one brother Fedencio Olvera of Piedras Negras twenty four grandchildren twentyseven great grandchildren numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents daughter Laura Leija and son Benjamin Salazar. A prayer service will be held on Wednesday at 7:00 PM at RushingEstesKnowles Chapel. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 15, 2010 at 3:00 PM at RushingEstesKnowles Chapel with burial to follow in Hillcrest Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jose Luis Salazar, Juan Rodriguez Jr., Juan Rodriguez, Jose Luis Salazar Jr., Cristian Rivera, Jesse Rivera, Ruben Mendez, and Jose Rivera. Bro. Manuel Trevino will be officiating.
