Maria Ledesma

Maria Ledesma of Uvalde passed away on May 17, 2011 at her residence at the age of 75. She was born on January 7, 1936 in Asherton, Texas to Juan and Lorenza Garcia San Miguel. She is survived by her two daughters Rosa Elia Garcia and husband Pedro of Uvalde Estella Valencia and husband Pascual of Uvalde two sons Jose Ledesma and wife Susie of Lake Charles, Louisiana and Domingo Ledesma of Uvalde three sisters Petra Santos of Pearsall Juanita Herrera of Amarillo and Emma Reyes of Greely, Colorado two brothers Pedro San Miguel and Juan San Miguel both of Greely, Colorado twelve grandchildren, six greatgrandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents. A rosary will be held on Wednesday and Thursday at 7:00 p.m. at the RushingEstesKnowles Chapel in Uvalde. Funeral mass will be held on Friday May 20, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Uvalde burial will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jose Ledesma Jr., Pascual Lesesma Jr., Pedro Garcia Jr., Michael Valencia, Justin Ledesma, and Brandon Ledesma.
