Maria Velasquez

Maria O.Lila Velasquez of Uvalde passed away at Southwest General Hospital in San Antonio on May 14, 2012 at the age of 70. She was born on January 14, 1942 in Uvalde to Charlie and Lupe Contreras. She is survived by her daughter, Susana Estala and husband Gregg II of San Antonio, sisters, Loretta Vela and Olivia Cancino, brothers, Charlie Contreras and Alfred Contreras all of Uvalde, grandchildren, Andres Vielma Jr., Alexander Lee Olivarez, Aaron Lee Olivarez, Anysa Mae Olivarez, Austin Lee Olivarez, Gregg Estala III, and Francisco Estala. A rosary will be held on Thursday May 17, 2012 at 12:30 p,m. at the RushingEstesKnowles Chapel. Cremation is under the direction of RushingEstesKnowles Mortuary.
