Maria Molina

Maria Del Socorro Molina of Uvalde passed away on July 13, 2008 in Uvalde Memorial Hospital at the age of 69. She was born on May 14, 1939 in Zaragosa Coahuila, Mexico to Juan and Guadalupe Briones. She married Galdino P. Molina on August 11, 1973 in Crystal City, Texas. She is survived by her husband of 34 years Galdino P. Molina of Uvalde, Texas; one daughter; Rosa Isela Molina and husband, Roy Gonzales of Uvalde, Texas; two sons; Jose Rolando Briones and wife, Carolina of Uvalde, Texas; and Jesus Galdino Molina and wife, Alicia of San Antonio, Texas; three sisters; Josefa Arredondo of Zaragosa Coahuila, MX; Rosa Ramirez of Crystal City, Texas; and Juanita Ruiz of Chicago, Ill.; one brother; Alejandro Briones of Crystal City, Texas; twelve grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; one son; Ricardo Molina; and one brother; Apolinar Briones. A rosary will be held on Monday and Tuesday at 7:00 PM at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Chapel. Funeral services will be on Wednesday, July 16, 2008 at 10:00 AM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with burial to follow in Hillcrest Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Antonio Lopez Jr., Jose Rolando Briones, Juan Ramon Briones, Jose Ramirez, Nolberto Briones, Antonio Gonzales, Jacinto Gonzales, and Rogelio Gonzales.
