Maria Patino

Maria de los Angeles Salazar Patino of Uvalde passed away on May 6, 2020 at Northeast Methodist Hospital in San Antonio at the age of 64. She was born November 1, 1955 in Hermanas Coahuila Mexico to Valentin and Laurentina Salazar. She married Jose Patino Jr on October 1, 1977. She is survived by her husband of 42 years of Uvalde; sons Jose Luis Patino  and wife, Alexandra of Pflugerville and Miguel A. Patino and wife, Rocio of Windcrest; grand children Miguel E. Patino, Jasmin Patino both of Windcrest, Uriel Patino,and Rafael Patino both of Pflugerville; sisters Genoveva Moreno Lytton Springs, Manuela Lozano of Uvalde, Lucia Guedea of Uvalde, Rosa Carmen Garcia of Uvalde, and Lydia Garcia of Austin; brother Valentin Salazar Jr. of Austin and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Ernesto Salazar, and sister Laurentina Guedea.

Visitation will begin on Thursday at 5:00 p.m. at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary. A rosary will be held  at Rushing Estes-Knowles Mortuary on Thursday and Friday at 7:00 p.m.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 16, 2020 at 10:30 a.m. at Hillcrest Cemetery.
