Maria Sanchez

Maria Leal Sanchez of Uvalde passed away on March 13, 2018 at her residence at the age of 73. She was born on March 27, 1944 in Brackettville, Texas to Estevan R. Leal and Carolina Sanchez.
She is survived by her daughter; Gracie Ortiz of Uvalde; sons, Jerry Leal, Johnny Adams both of Odem and Joe Leal of Salinas, California; sisters, Feliz Banda, Rosa Lopez and Lupe Flores all of Uvalde; 21 grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Manuel Sanchez and parents.
A rosary will be held on Friday and Saturday at 7:00 p.m. at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary
