Mario Moreno

Mario Sunica Moreno of Uvalde passed away on August 18, 2014 at St. Luke Baptist Hospital in San Antonio at the age of 59. He was born on April 10, 1955 in Brownfield to Teodoro and Juanita Sunica Moreno. He is survived by his wife Maria Cuca Gracia of 27 years of Uvalde daughter, Yvonne Moreno of Austin sons, Rudy Moreno, Henry Moreno both of Austin, Jesus Ybarra, Juan Ybarra both of Uvalde Carlos Moreno, and Tony Moreno both of Lubbock sisters, Yolanda Larralde of Uvalde Lilly Moreno of Austin and Tomasa Serna of Dumas brother, Gabriel Moreno of Dumas numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents sisters, Petra Rodriguez, Nora Castro, Aurora Martinez and brother, Teodoro Moreno Jr. A rosary will be held on Saturday and Sunday at 7:00 p.m. at RushingEstesKnowles Mortuary. A graveside service will be held on Monday, September 1, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at Hillcrest Cemetery.
