Mary Kite

Mary Jeannette Kite of La Pryor passed away on September 15, 2015 in a San Antonio hospital at the age of 86. She was born on September 18, 1928 in Sabinal to Ira Leo Robinson and Marie Inez Johnson Robinson. She married Fred L. Kite in La Pryor on July 1, 1950. She is survived by her husband of 65 years; daughter, Brenda McGettis and husband, Paul of Sugartree, TX; two sons, Gary Allen Kite and wife, Marilyn of Alamogordo, NM; and Fred D. Kite and wife, Heather of La Pryor; sister, Eleanor Sisk of Mt. Pleasant, TX; and four grandchildren, Pallie English, Kaitlyn Kite, Austin Kite, and Drew Martin and wife, Melissa; and three great-grandchildren, Tyler English, Julie English, and Levi Martin. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, and three sisters. A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 18, 2015 at 4:00 PM at First Baptist Church in La Pryor.
