Michael Arizmendi

A beloved husband, phenomenal father, awesome brother, unforgettable uncle, amazing friend, adored coworker, and now a beautiful Angel.

Michael Arizmendi was born on September 14, 1968 to Josie Perry in Uvalde, Texas. He was called to be with the Lord on early Tuesday morning July 16, 2015. He married Norma J. Espinoza and together were blessed with two beautiful children, Abby (20) and Joshua (10) Arizmendi. He also leaves behind one brother, Victor Samarron (Dallas, Texas); and three sisters: Norma Samarron, Naida Arizmendi, and Letty Arizmendi (all of Uvalde, Texas); also numerous nieces and nephews including one special nephew, Sergio "Bootleg" Espinoza. He was preceded in death by his mother Josie Perry Rodriguez, grandmother Irene Perry Rodriguez, grandfather Rosalio Rodriguez, and uncle Manuel Gomez.

He was well known and respected at his places of employment, Shannon Surgery Center and Hastings.

We love you Dad and miss you with all our hearts. Until we see you again in Paradise, you will forever be our Angel. You will never be forgotten. I'll hold you in my heart until I can hold you in Heaven.
A funeral mass will be held on Friday, July 24, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery.
