Michael Martin

Michael Leroy Martin passed away on August 23, 2019 at the age of 71 at Amistad Nursing Home in Uvalde. He was born on June 2, 1948 in Washington D.C. to Paul and Betty (Waddell) Martin.

He married Ada Hoggatt of Uvalde in Red Oak, Texas on December 19, 1999

He is survived by wife of Uvalde; daughter, Lee Chew of Charles Town, West Virginia; sons, Shaun Martin of Bunker Hill, West Virginia, Paul Martin of Pennsylvania; sisters, Joyce Whitten of North Carolina, Joan Penfold of Florida, Kathy Powell of Maryland and; brother, Robert Martin of Florida.

He is preceded in death by his loving parents.

Cremation is under the direction of Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary.
