Michael Aaron Swift of Uvalde passed away on September 9, 2021 at Uvalde Memorial Hospital at the age of 56. He was born on November 11, 1964 in Uvalde to David Swift and Linda James.
He married Christina Muniz on July 21, 1990 in Uvalde.
He is survived by his wife of 31 years of Uvalde; mother of Uvalde; sons, William Michael Swift, David Andrew both of Uvalde, Mario Ortiz, III and wife, Veronica of San Antonio; and sister, Allison Kimble and husband, Paul of Uvalde.
He is preceded in death by his father.
Visitation will begin on Thursday, September 16, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary. A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 17, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Uvalde. There will be a family visitation from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Thursday September 16, 2021
Cremation is under the direction of Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary.
