Miguel Reyes

Miguel Flores Reyes of Uvalde passed away on September 3, 2013 at his residence at the age of 76. He was born on October 7, 1936 in Uvalde to Fermin and Teresa Flores Reyes. He married Maria Lina Bautista on October 25, 1982 in Yuma, Arizona. He is survived by his wife of 30 years sons, Miguel Flores Reyes, Jr. of San Antonio and Raul Soto Reyes of Hemet, California sisters, Nancy Garcia, Linda Reyes and Elisa Canales brothers, Alejandro Reyes, Jose Reyes all of Uvalde and Rev. Ralph Reyes O.C.D. of Oklahoma grandchildren, Veronica Arocha, Melissa Cerda, Jessica Arellano, Pedro Munoz, San Juan Munoz, Mary Gomez, Miguel Reyes III, Jorge Reyes, Lorrie Reyes, Jesse Reyes, James Reyes, Monica Delgado, Christina Miranda and Patricia Reyes 52 great grandchildren, 2 greatgreat grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and daughter, Leticia Soto Reyes. A rosary will be held on Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. and Thursday at 6:30 p.m. at RushingEstesKnowles Mortuary. Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday at 7:30 p.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Pallbearers will be Jesse Reyes, James Reyes, Miguel Reyes III, Jorge Reyes, Joseph Rene Reyes, Jesus Castillo Jr. and Robert Charles Perez Jr.
