Mildred Dunaway

Mildred Caroline Dunaway of Uvalde passed away on September 27, 2011 in Amistad Nursing Home at the age of 94. She was born on February 3, 1917 in Lockhart, TX to Harry and Freida Kruse Schulz. She married Granville Stotts Dunaway in Lockhart on March 17, 1946. He preceded her in death in 1962. She is survived by three daughters, Gail Faglie and husband, Roy of San Antonio Pat Freitag and husband, Don of Uvalde and Johnnie Ward and husband, Gary of Knippa six grandchildren, Billy Freitag Michael Faglie Carol Puga Kevin Faglie Kenneth Freitag and Tracie Wilson nine greatgrandchildren, Cassandra Freitag Ricky Freitag Justin Wilson Megan Wilson Dylan Wilson Jackson Faglie Becca Faglie Elena Barbosa and Christopher Faglie and one greatgreatgrandson, Zachary de la Garza. Funeral services will be held on Friday, September 30, 2011 at 2:00 PM at the RushingEstesKnowles Chapel. Burial will be held on Saturday, October 1, 2011 at 1:00 PM in the Llano City Cemetery, Llano, Texas. Memorial donations may be made to Uvalde Hospice, 124 Royal Lane, Uvalde, TX 78801.
