Minerva Diaz

Minerva O. Diaz of Sabinal passed away at the Methodist Hospital in San Antonio on June 24, 2014 at the age of 55. She was born on December 28, 1958 in Eagle Pass to Eulalio and Olivia Ortegon Diaz. She is survived by her sons, Martin Corey Villasana and wife Carrie and Robert Villasana Jr. and wife Marie all of Sabinal sister, Armandina Medina of Palmer and brother, Lalo Diaz of Uvalde grandchildren, Fabian G. Villasana, Kadin Paiva, Trevor Paiva, Karysma Mitchell, Kadin Villasana, Gracie Villasana and Kole Villasana. She was preceded in death by her parents sisters, Jovita Chavez, Olivia Landeros, and Maria Silvas and brothers, Santos Diaz, Humberto Diaz and Rolando Diaz. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 28, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at RushingEstesKnowles Mortuary in Uvalde.
