Monsies Gomez 82, of San Antonio, formerly of Sabinal, passed away on July 30, 2022 at his residence.
He was born on September 4, 1939 in Sabinal, Texas to Arcadio Gomez and Andrea Martinez.
He married Juanita Martinez on August 26, 1957 in Wisconsin.
Monsies is survived by daughters; Olga Gomez and husband Reynaldo of San Antonio, Texas and Lucy Peterson and husband, Tom of Wisconsin; son, Monsies Gomez Jr. of Wisconsin; brothers, Tomas Gomez and Arcadio Gomez Jr. both of Wisconsin.
Monsies is preceded in death by his parents and wife.
Visitation will begin on Wednesday August 3,2022 from 10-6 PM . A graveside service will be held on Thursday August 4, 2022 at 10:00 am at Sabinal Cemetery in Sabinal, Texas.
