Nicolas Garcia

Nicolas Chino L. Garcia of Uvalde passed away on October 20, 2009 in Medina Regional Hospital in Hondo, Texas at the age of 72. He was born on December 6, 1936 to Andrea Ledesma. He is survived by his mother; Andrea Ledesma Bejaran of Uvalde, Texas; one son; Daniel L. Bejaran of San Antonio, Texas; four sisters; Maria B. Garcia, Irene Bejaran, Sulema Martinez and husband, Ricardo; and Delia Martinez and husband, Jesse all of Uvalde, Texas; one brother; Alfredo Bejaran Jr. of San Antonio, Texas; two grandchildren; Lauren and Dominick Bejaran of San Antonio; numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his step-father Alfredo Bejaran Sr. A rosary will be held on Tuesday and Wednesday at 7:00 PM at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Chapel. Funeral services will be Thursday, October 22, 2009 at 1:00 PM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with burial to follow in Hillcrest Cemetery.
