Olga Rodriguez

Olga T. Rodriguez of Uvalde passed away on August 27, 2013 at her residence at the age of 70. She was born on November 28, 1942 in Harlingen, Texas to Concepcion and Rosa Torres. She married Erasmo R. Rodriguez on August 8, 1964 in Blue Island, IL. She is survived by her husband of 49 years of Uvalde, daughters Suzanna Lacey of Evergreen, IL Isabel Smith of Alsip, IL and Yolanda WatersKaiser of Dyer, IN sisters, Juanita T. Trevino and Elvinia Linda Torres all of Illinois brothers, Felipe Torres, Pablo Torres and Eliazar Torres all of Illinois grandchildren Patrick Lacey, Martin Lacey, Amanda Murphy, Samantha Murphy, Nickolas Waters, Christopher Waters, Haylie Kaiser and Joseph Smith greatgrandchild Jordan Walker. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Sisto Torres. A rosary will be held on August 30, 2013 at her residence at 7:00 p.m. Funeral mass will be held Saturday, August 31, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Pallbearers will be Patrick Lacey, Amanda Murphy, Samantha Murphy, Christopher Waters, Nickolas Waters and Joseph Smith. In lieu of flowers memorials be made to Los Ninos De La Fe.
