Oralia Ratliff

Oralia Ratliff of Uvalde passed away on Sunday, June 28, 2015 in Uvalde at the age of 94. Mrs. Ratliff was born on September 20, 1920 in Corsicana, Texas to Candelario and Adela (Rivera) Sanchez. Mrs. Ratliff is survived by two daughters, Blanca Estella Juarez and husband George of Uvalde and Janie Adela Ratliff of San Antonio; son, Fred Ratliff of Uvalde; brother, Carlos Sanchez and wife Maria of Eagle Pass; three grandchildren, Ivan Jorge Juarez, Soraida Oralia Juarez and John Luke Ratliff; numerous nieces and nephews. Mrs. Ratliff was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Ratliff, Sr. and parents. A rosary will be held on Monday, June 29, 2015 at 7:00 pm at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, June 30, 2015 at 3:00 pm at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church with burial to follow at Hillcrest Cemetery. Pallbearers will Xavier Juarez, Oscar Juarez, Kenneth Garrett, Ruben Nolasco, Charles Mendeke and John Luke Ratliff.
