Pat Johnson

Mr. Pat S. Johnson of Uvalde passed away on August 19, 2010 in the Methodist Hospital in San Antonio, Texas at the age of 84. He was born on June 16, 1926 in Prosper, TX to Jerry and Mary Anna Settle Johnson. He married Beverly Knox Turner in Denton, TX on July 10, 1950. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Knoxie Johnson of Uvalde two daughters, R.J. Johnson Collins and husband, Corky and Susan Yates, both of Uvalde a sister, Laverne Rose of Vann, TX two granddaughters, Audra and Kelsey Yates and three nieces. He is preceded in death by his parents and a niece, Jana Gee. Funeral services will be held on Monday, August 23, 2010 at 10:00 AM at the RushingEstesKnowles Chapel with burial to follow in Hillcrest Cemetery. Rev. Jerry Scott will officiate. Pallbearers will be Archie McFaddin, Ralph Hesse, Wayne Whitaker, Jarret White, Leo Aviles, and Bill Dillard.
