Michelle Sturdivant Belcher

Patricia Michelle Belcher of Canyon Lake passed away on August 5, 2024, in San Antonio at the age of 55. She was born on July 8,1969 in Arlington, Texas to Patricia Kay (McNelly) and Jim Ed Sturdivant Jr. and grew up in Uvalde.

She is survived by her husband of 30 years, Hollis Glen Belcher; daughters, Brittany Benton (Zach Cox), Kelsey Berry (Chris); sons Branson Belcher, Kolton Belcher (Kaylee); grandchildren Starr Benton, Zayla Cox, Zander Cox, Hayden Berry, Noah Berry, Stetson Berry, and Willow Belcher. She is also survived by her father Jim Ed Sturdivant Jr. of Uvalde; her brother James E. (Karen) Sturdivant III of San Antonio; her sister Jana Marie (Austin) Britt of San Antonio; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Patricia Kay Sturdivant; grandparents Bert McNelly Sr., Hazel McNelly, J.E. Sturdivant Sr., and Louise Sturdivant; great grandmother Hazel Gamel; and grandchild Owen Benton.

The family will greet visitors on Saturday, August 17th from 8:30-10:00 a.m. at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 17th at 10:00 a.m. at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary with burial following at Hillcrest Cemetery. Rev. Bill Swantner will officiate.
