Patricia Pitts

Patricia Petty Pitts of Knippa passed away on June 13, 2015 in Amistad Nursing Home at the age of 77. She was born on April 2, 1938 in Crystal City to Elmer Louis Petty and Josephine Heaner Petty. She is survived by two sons, Steve Petty and wife, Penci of Gonzales, TX; and Todd Ricks of Texarkana, TX; two grandchildren, Chelsea Petty of Gonzales; and Cody Ricks of Columbus, TX; seven sisters, Jean Alvarez of Port Mansfield, TX; Martha Staton of Crystal City; Jolene Keeney and husband, Stanley of Uvalde; Ann Snowden and husband Mickey of Artesia Wells, TX; Sarah Greer of Uvalde; Marcia Hutcherson of Knippa; and Pamela Allen and husband Andy of La Pryor; three brothers, Buddy Petty of Yorktown, TX; Bobby Petty of Uvalde; and Jeff Petty and wife Lupe of Knippa; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Jackie Phillips and Kaye Hein; and a brother, Jake Petty. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, June 16, 2015 at 2:00 PM at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Chapel with burial to follow in Hillcrest Cemetry. Mr. Paul Stephens will officiate. Pallbearers will be Buddy Petty, Bobby Petty, Jeff Petty, Mark Keeney, Andy Allen, and Arrik Wetegrove.
