Patrick Crawford

Patrick James Crawford, 62, of Uvalde died on Jan. 19, 2023.

A memorial service will be held on Feb. 4 at 11 a.m. at Baptist Temple Church, 620 E. Main St.

He was born on April 5, 1960, in Uvalde to Ann (Franklin) and Lee Roy Crawford Jr.

He is survived by a brother, Michael Crawford and wife, Laura, of Waco; sister, Linda Hall and husband, Jim, of Crosby; aunt, Becky Franklin of Austin; nephew, Christopher Crawford and wife, Mel; three nieces, Kimberly Crawford, Jamie Coquel Lee and husband, Mark, and Patricia Puryear Fonseca; three great-nephews, Pierce Crawford, Jordan Coquel, and Nicolas Fonseca; great-niece, Josie Lee; and various cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

The family said Crawford liked to volunteer in the community and help people. His sister Linda and her children always called him their "big teddy bear," and they have heard the same from his friends. They said Crawford loved with all his heart and they will forever miss him.
