Paula Maldonado

Paula Maldonado of Uvalde passed away on November 29, 2017 in Uvalde Memorial Hospital at the age of 69. She was born on June 7, 1948 in Alice, TX to Cayetano Rios and Maria Fonseca Rios. She married Rolando Maldonado in Batesville on May 24, 1975. She is survived by her husband of 42 years; two brothers, Cayetano Rios of Andrews, TX and Gavino Rios of Ohio; and two sisters, Petra Garcia of California and Ernestina Luna of Batesville. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Jesus Rios. Funeral mass will be held on Saturday, Dec. 2, 2017 at 3:00 PM at St. Patrick's Catholic Church with burial to follow in Batesville Cemetery.
