Peggy Welch

Peggy Jo Perkins Welch, age 90, of San Antonio, Texas, passed away on Wednesday, May 6, 2020. Peggy was born on March 20, 1930 in Uvalde, Texas to Ira Dee Perkins and Agnes Pearl Carson Perkins. Peggy was predeceased in death by her parents and her husband of 63 years, Aubrey Lee Welch. Peggy is survived by her daughter, Sherilee Welch Loper and her granddaughter, Kimberley Loper. The family offers heartfelt thanks to her care givers at Brookdale Oakwell Senior Living and Brookdale Hospice, with a special thank you to Nurse Marcy, Nurse Stephanie and Nurse Ashley for their compassion and calm approach to her care. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Saturday, May 9, 2020, at the Vance Cemetery, Vance, Texas.
