Phyllis Herron

Phyllis Mary Herron of Brackettville, Texas passed away on March 21, 2009 in Uvalde Memorial Hospital at the age of 86. She was born on March 19, 1923 in Ruffel, Kansas to Clarence and Mary Norton. She is survived by daughter; Julie Herron Lavely of Brackettville, Texas; one son; Steven J. Herron and wife Konnie R. Johnson of Show Low, Arizona; one brother; Glenn Norton of Casper, Wyoming; one grandson; Jason Donald Lavely; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, March 25, 2009, at 1:30 PM at the First Baptist Church in Brackettville. Cremation was under the direction of Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary.
