Prajedes Tobias, Jr.

Prajedes Ramos Tobias of San Martin, California formerly of Uvalde, Texas passed away on October 2, 2016 at his residence at the age72. He was born March 8, 1944 to Prajedes and Guadalupe (Ramos) Tobias.
He married Gloria Moreno Tobias and was a self-employed contractor for over 25 years.
He is survived by his wife of San Martin, California; daughters, Elda Tobias Lopez and husband Rodney and Elma Tobias Pellegrini and husband Vince; son, Joey M. Tobias and wife Sandra all of San Jose, California; brothers, Albert Tobias & wife Maria of San Jose, California and Fred Tobias and wife Maria of Hemet, California; sister, Maria Ester Tobias, of San Jose, California; grandchildren, Priscilla Tobias Lopez, Faythe Gloria Tobias, Vincent Tobias Pellegrini, Rodney Tobias Lopez all of San Jose, California; great grandchild, Santiago Ricardo Zandate, from San Jose, California; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Rosendo Tobias.
A rosary will be held on Thursday, October 13, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary. A funeral mass will be held on Friday, October 14, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Rodney T. Lopez, Rodney L. Lopez, Vincent T. Pellegrini, Albert M. Tobias, Joey M. Tobias, Michael A. Tobias.
