Rafael Gonzales

Rafael M. Gonzales of Uvalde passed away on April 9, 20912 at Amistad Nursing Home at the age of 89. He was born on July 19, 1922 in Uvalde to Atilano and Apolonia Martinez Gonzales in Uvalde. He is survived by his sisters, Consuelo Ortiz, Manuela Gonzales and Florencia Torres all Uvalde and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, wife Irma M. Gonzales, brothers, Santiago Gonzales and Atilano Gonzales Jr. A rosary will be held on Wednesday April 11, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at the RushingEstesKnowles Chapel. Funeral mass will be held on Wednesday April 11, 2012 at 4:00 p.m. at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Uvalde Catholic Cemetery.
