Ramon Martinez

Ramon R. Martinez of Uvalde passed away on July 3, 2010 in N.E. Baptist Hospital in San Antonio at the age of 68. He was born on March 20, 1942 in Blewett, TX to Jose and Aurora Rocha Martinez. He is survived by his partner, Rosalba Garza of Uvalde two daughters, Elsa Lopez and husband, Leve of Dilley, TX and Veronica Martinez of Uvalde three sons, Raymond A. Martinez wife, Gracie and Adrian Martinez wife, Laura, all of Uvalde and Rene Martinez of Austin three sisters, Carlota Trevino of Saginaw, MI Guadalupe Lopez of Brentwood, CA and Juanita Garcia of Farwell, TX 20 grandchildren 8 greatgrandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents brothers, Ascencion Rivera Paulino Rivera and Pilar Martinez and sister, Mariana Villanueva. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, July 8, 2010 at 3:00 PM in Hillcrest Cemetery.
