Ramon Trevino, Jr.

Ramon Trevino, Jr. of Uvalde passed away on July 19, 2020 at Uvalde Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center at the age of 87. He was born on September 21, 1932 in Uvalde to Ramon Trevino and Juanita Fuentes.

He is survived by his sisters, Alicia Arreola and husband, Juan and Maria Belia Perez and husband, Inez all of Uvalde; brothers, Gavino Trevino of Uvalde; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

He is preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Nena Hardee and Beatrice Rodriguez; and brothers, Juan Trevino and Benito Trevino.

Visitation will begin on Tuesday at 5:00 p.m. A rosary will be held on Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary. A funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, July 22, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Ernesto Perez, Pedro Perez, Inez Perez Jr., Julio Arreola, Jimmy Arreola, and Brent Myrick.

*100-person maximum can be accommodated at the funeral chapel at a time for Visitation. Upon entering the funeral home, requirements are that social distancing of 6’ feet is practiced as well as a mask to be worn for every person in the building.

*150-person maximum can be accommodated at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church. Upon entering the Church, requirements are that social distancing of 6’ feet is practiced as well as a mask to be worn for every person in the building.
