Raul Garcia

Raul Rica Garcia of Uvalde, Tx. passed away October 14, 2007 at the Methodist Hospital in San Antonio at the age of 58.

He was born December 22, 1948 in Uvalde, Tx. to Mariano Belen Garcia.

He is survived by his sisters, Maria G. Flores of Uvalde, Tx. Belia G. Perez husband, Ambrocio of Torrington, Wy.; brother, Guadalupe M. Garcia wife, Petra of Uvalde, Tx.; numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents one brother-in-law, Jesus R. Flores, Sr.

A rosary will be held at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Chapel on Monday Tuesday at 7:00 pm.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 17, 2007 at 3:00 pm at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Interment will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery. Fr. Wieslaw Iwaniec will officiate.

Pallbearers will be Jesus Flores, Jr.; Armando Flores; Albert Flores; Ruben Flores; Guadalupe Garcia, Jr.; Pete Garcia Tony Garcia. Honorary pallbearers are all his friends from Casa Del Sol.

Arrangements are by Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary.
