Raymundo Ruiz

Raymundo R. Ruiz of Uvalde passed away July 2, 2018 at his residence at the age of 76. He was born on April 15, 1942 in Rosita to Marcelino Ruiz and Eva Rabago. He married Emma Quiroga on February 3, 1961 in Uvalde. He is survived by his wife of 57 years; sons, Ray Ruiz, Jr. and wife Leticia of Uvalde; Reynold Ruiz and companion Glenda Rodriquez of De Soto and Rogelio Ruiz and wife Cristina of Uvalde; eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, three great grandsons, Nolan Ruiz, Gabriel M. Ruiz and Uvaldo I. Martinez III.
A rosary will be held on Wednesday, July 04, 2018 at 7:00 pm at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary and a Vigil on Thursday, July 5, 2018 at 7:00 pm at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary. Funeral mass will be held on Friday, July 6, 2018 at 10:00 am at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church. Cremation is under the direction of Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary.
