alignjustifyRichard Eugene Gibson of Uvalde passed away on August 18, 2007 in a San Antonio hospital at the age of 69. He was born on November 4, 1937 in San Antonio, TX to Louie and Ruby Gibson. He is survived by two sons, Richard Gibson of Uvalde and Steve Gibson of Cold Spring, TX; a daughter, Julie Tansil and husband, Bobby of Uvalde; and four grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 21, 2007, at 2:00 PM at the Rushing-Estes-Knowles Chapel. A private family graveside service will follow. Mr. Paul Stephens will officiate.
