Ricky Gonzalez

Ricky Ray Gonzalez of Livingston, formerly of La Pryor, passed away on November 27, 2017 at his residence at the age of 25. He was born on October 27, 1992 in Uvalde to Carlos Gonzalez and Lourdes Ortiz Gonzalez. He is survived by his parents of La Pryor; maternal grandmother, Francisca Hernandez Arguelles of Houston; fiancee, Aracely Vasquez of Livingston and her parents, Ismael and Alveisa Vasquez, brothers, Ismael Vasquez, Jr. and Ivan Vasquez, and sister, Audrey T. Vasquez, all of Batesville; daughter, Hayden A. Gonzalez of Livingston; brothers, Carlos D. Gonzalez of Uvalde and wife, Sarah of Uvalde and Diego A. Gonzalez and wife, Zaydie of Huntsville; step-brothers, Carlos Gonzalez, Jr. of Houston and Justin Gonzalez of Arkansas; nieces and nephews, Sage Marie Gonzalez; Camrie Gonzalez; Aiden Gonzalez; Stephanie Gonzalez; Cristiano M. Gonzalez; and Athena Lynn Gonzalez; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather and paternal grandparents. A rosary will be held on Sunday at 3:00 p.m. at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary. Funeral mass will be held on Monday, Dec. 4, 2017 at 3:00 PM at St. Joseph's Catholic Church with burial to follow in La Pryor Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Ismael Vasquez, Jr., Michael Martinez, Arturo Gonzalez, Carlos D. Gonzalez, Diego Gonzalez, and Jesse Ortegon.
