BR BRRobbie Martin Tampke-Matthews was born on Feb. 3,BR 1923 in Rio Frio, Texas. She married Allen TampkeBR and from that union had four children:BR BRAlbert Tampke and his wife Jo Ann of UtopiaBR BRNelda Thaler, Canyon LakeBR BRDoris Thomson, Canyon Lake and BR BRJanice Teinert and her husband Lee, La Grange BR BR BR BRAfter Allens death, she married Roy Matthews andBR gained a step-daughter, Linda Brown and her husbandBR Kenneth of Utopia. BR BRAlso surviving Robbie are her sister Louise DurhamBR and her husband Jamie, of San Antonio, eightBR grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and numerousBR nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death byBR both husbands, her parents Rube and Lou Martin, herBR brother Ross Martin, her sisters Mary Dee Martin, BRRuby Adams, and Annie Boykin, and one granddaughter,BR Katie Teinert.BR BR BR BRRobbie graduated from Utopia High School and workedBR at the Utopia Post Office and the Utopia Mercantile.BR She was a homemaker who enjoyed cooking, painting,BR sewing, and visiting with family and relatives. HerBR home was the location for most family holidays asBR all the relatives knew that she was an outstandingBR cook and hostess.
