Robert Burrier

Robert Burrier of Uvalde passed away on February 19, 2020 in Uvalde at the age of 80.  He was born on April 13,1939 in Floresville, Texas to Henry Clinton and Lou Sidney (Martin) Burrier.

He is survived by his wife, Julia Ann Burrier of Uvalde; daughter, Carolyn Burrier Ripps and husband, Marvin, Sr. of Devine; grandchildren, Haley Ripps, Marvin Ripps, Jr. and wife, Ashley, Clayton Ripps, Frederick Ripps, and Colton Ripps all of Von Ormy.

He is preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Betty Burrier and Vivian Barnes; and brothers, Chris Barnes, Ennis Barnes and Wade Burrier.

A viewing and visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25, 2020 from 8:00-10:00 a.m followed by a closed casket funeral service at 10:00 a.m. at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary, interment will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery. A potluck will be held at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary Family Center following the interment.
