Robert Green

It is with great sadness that the family of Robert William Green (Bobby) announces his passing on Friday, August 31, 2018, at the age of 79 years. Bobby will be lovingly remembered by his daughter Oveta Mollica. Bobby will also be fondly remembered by his grandchildren Robert Mollica and wife , Shawn of San Antonio; Vanessa Sanders and husband, Shane of Kyle and by his five great grandchildren Skyler Sanders, Bailey Sanders, Ryan Sanders, Austin Mollica, and Megan Mollica; by his brother, Kenneth Ray Green and wife, Lupe of Ft. Worth and sisters Sharon Ann Edwards of Austin, and Rita Rane`Hernandez and husband, Miguel Hernandez of San Antonio. Bobby was predeceased by his lovely wife Estella Hobbs Green, father John William Green, mother Thelma Green Gonzales, and brother Richard Green.

He moved to Texas from Montrose, Colorado when he was 9 to Uvalde. He has lived in San Antonio since shortly after graduation from high school where he attended barber school. He was a barber until he retired 5 years ago.

A Funeral Service in memory of Bobby will be held on Monday, September 3, 2018 at 2:00 p.m., at the Barksdale Cemetery at Spring Creek Rd, Camp Wood, TX 78833
