Robert Mcclure

Robert Allen McClure of Uvalde passed away at his residence on September 14, 2011 at the age of 77. He was born on November 12, 1933 to Cecil Moses and Bessie Rose Pinkston McClure in Cottonwood, Kansas. He is survived by his wife Janice McClure of Uvalde, daughters Julie McCaughan and husband Mac of San Angelo and Paula Jean Stonecipher of Missouri, son, Raleigh McClure of San Antonio, brother, John McClure and wife Wanda of Knippa, sister inlaw, Jacqueline McClure of Castroville, grandchildren Michelle McCaughan, Daniel McCaughan, Amanda Lee, R.J. McClure and wife Theresa, Roberta McClure, greatgrandchildren Bailey Gober, Lexie McCaughan, Jayton Lee, Ketch Lee, Kimberley McCaughan, Nadaline McClure, Aidan McClure, Ethan McClure and Avalyn McClure and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, daughter, Roberta Long, son, Daniel Craig, brother, Davis McClure and sister, Willie Bell McClure. Funeral services will be held on Saturday September 17, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at RushingEstesKnowles Chapel. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Nolan Sheedy, Bobby Davenport, Lennis Brice, Tony Gonzales, Henry Penny, Weldon McCutcheon, David McCutcheon and R.J. McClure. Honorary Pallbearer will be Frank Harrison.
