Roberto 'Bobby" Garza

Roberto “Bobby” B. Garza of Uvalde, passed away on Tuesday, September 28, 2021 at University Hospital in San Antonio at the age of 60.

Bobby was born on June 27, 1961 in Bakersfield, California to Alejandro and Lilly (Barron) Garza.

He is survived by two daughters, Crystal Ann Covarrubias of San Antonio and Chelsea Martinez and husband Jacob of San Antonio; son, Alex Joe Garza and wife Briana of Coppers Cove; sister, Sandy B Garza of San Antonio; three brothers, Alex Garza Jr. and wife Seong Ja of Mount Vernon, Washington, Orlando Garza of San Antonio and Sergio Garza and wife Kati of San Antonio; nine grandchildren and numerous niece, nephews and cousins.

Bobby is preceded in death by his parents, daughter, Anna Lisa Garza, grandchildren, Robert Rodrick Garza and Jacob Martinez Jr. .

Visitation will start on Monday, October 4, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary. A rosary and vigil will held on Monday, October 4, 2021 at 7:00 PM at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary.   A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at 10:00 AM at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church. Interment to follow at Hillcrest Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Alex Garza Jr., Orlando Garza, Sergio Garza
