Rodolfo Cuellar

Rodolfo V. Cuellar of Uvalde passed away on March 7, 2012 at his residence at the age of 90. He was born on July 23, 1921 in Uvalde to Julian and Gabriela Vara Cuellar. He married Damiana Vaquera on December 1, 1945 in Uvalde. He is survived by his wife of 66 years daughter, Rosie Gonzales and husband Freddie of Uvalde, son, Roland Cuellar and wife Senovia of San Antonio, grandchildren, Christina Gonzales, Abel Gonzales, Eric Gonzales, Jason Cuellar, Kevin Cuellar, Steven Cuellar greatgrandchildren, Evan Shaw, Alyvia Gonzales, Annalia Cuellar, Ava Cuellar, Darring Cuellar and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, son, Alex Cuellar, brothers, Santos Cuellar and Jose Cuellar. A rosary will be held on Thursday March 8, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. at the RushingEstesKnowles Chapel. Funeral mass will be held on Friday March 9, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Abel Gonzales, Eric Gonzales, Evan Shaw, Jason Cuellar, Kevin Cuellar and Steven Cuellar.
