Ronald Rhodes

Ronald Vincent Rhodes of Utopia passed away on January 22, 2011 at his residence at the age of 68. He was born on April 9, 1942 in Newark, New Jersey. He married Nancy Jones in Ft. Worth, TX on September 24, 1983. He is survived by his wife of 27 years two daughters, Rachel Rhodes of Kerrville and Kelli Rhodes of Austin a son, Michael Rhodes of Uvalde brother, William Rhodes of Georgia grandchildren, Blossom and Scarlett Lewis and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Joseph and Mixon Rhodes. Funeral services will be held on Monday, January 24, 2011 at 2:30 PM at RushingEstesKnowles Chapel in Sabinal with burial to follow in Waresville Cemetery, Utopia, TX. Pallbearers will be Michael Rhodes Chance Dean Mike Hamed Nick Pope Cain Smith and Chris Pintor. Memorial donations may be made to the Uvalde Hospice, 124 Royal Lane, Uvalde, TX 78801.
