Rosa Alvarado

Rosa Jimenez Alvarado of Sabinal passed away on September 27, 2010 in University Hospital in San Antonio, Texas at the age of 91. She was born on September 26, 1919 in Sabinal, Texas to Gregorio and Teresa Jimenez. She is survived by two sons Henry Alvarado and wife, Nancy and Fred Alvarado all of Sabinal, Texas one brother Francisco Jimenez of Devine, Texas three grandchildren Ray Alvarado, Jimmy Alvarado and Jolene Musquez great grandchildren Jacob Smart, Hannah Smart, Nydia Alvarez, Adriana Alvarez and Eliza Musquez numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents husband, Federico Alvarado four sisters and one brother. A rosary will be held on Wednesday and Thursday at 7:00 PM at RushingEstesKnowles Chapel in Sabinal. Funeral services will be held on Friday October 1, 2010 at 3:30 PM at St. Patricks Catholic Church in Sabinal, Texas with burial to follow in St. Patricks Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Henry Alvarado, Fred Alvarado, Rodolfo Castro, Raul Castro, Raul Castro Jr., and Antonio Cervantes.
