Rosa Enriquez

Rosa Lee Enriquez of Uvalde passed away on September 24, 2014 in Richmond, Texas at the age of 64. She was born in Uvalde on July 15, 1950 to Guasimodo and Consuelo Mireles Ruiz. She is survived by her companion Zenon Cabrales, daughters Stephanie Escamilla and her companion Jose Farias of San Antonio, Consuelo Enriquez of Converse, Lamar Rodriguez of San Antonio and Maribel De la Cerda and husband Fortunado Jr. of San Antonio., son Juan Manuel Enriquez and wife Mary of Richmond, Texas brothers Jose Luis Ruiz, Sr. of Pflugerville, Texas, Mario Ruiz and Guadalupe Ruiz both of Uvalde, Guasimodo Ruiz, Jr. of Sonora, California, Roberto Ruiz of San Jose, California and Andres Ruiz of Austin, 13 grandchildren, 5 greatgrandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, sisters Juanita Hernandez, Natalia Rodriguez and Maria Elena Moreno grandson, De Marcus Angel Enriquez great grandson, Julius Michael De La Cerda and brother, David M. Ruiz. A rosary will be held on Friday, September 26, 2014 at 7:00 pm at RushingEstesKnowles Mortuary. Funeral mass will be held on Saturday, September 27, 2014 at 10:00 am at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with burial to follow at Hillcrest Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jose Luis Ruiz, Sr., Mario Ruiz, Sr. Guasimodo Ruiz, Jr. Robert Ruiz, Andres Ruiz, SSgt John Marcus De La Cerda, Cesar Rodriguez and John Matthew Enriquez. Honorary pallbearers David Enriquez, Nickolas Enriquez, Michael Justin De La Cerda, Matthew James De La Cerda and Nathaniel Escamilla.
