Rosa Gomez

Rosa Garcia Gomez of Uvalde passed away on January 21, 2010 at her residence at the age of 91. She was born on August 30, 1918 in Terrell, Texas to Victoriano and Asencion Garcia. She is survived by three daughters Veronica Annabel Gomez of Uvalde, Texas Amparo Isaac and husband, James of Beeville, Texas and Crusita Rodriguez of San Angelo, Texas two sons Armando Gomez and wife, Esther of Wisconsin Tomas Gomez and wife, Dora of San Antonio, Texas two sisters Maria Gonzales of Uvalde, Texas Margarita Garcia of Piedras Negras two brothers Jose Garcia of San Angelo Benin Garcia of Crane, Texas thirteen grandchildren daughterinlaw Alicia Gomez. She was preceded in death by her parents son, Jose Salvador Gomez and grandson, Armando Gomez Jr. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, January 27, 2010 at 2:00 PM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with burial to follow in Hillcrest Cemetery.
