Rosa Gonzalez

Rosa B. Gonzalez of Uvalde passed away on Friday, April 8, 2016 in Junction at the age of 82. Mrs. Gonzalez was born on March 7, 1934 in Uvalde to Felis (Flores) and Tomas Buantello. She married Robert Gonzalez on August 19, 1956 in Uvalde. Mrs. Gonzalez is survived by her husband of 59 years; three daughters, Anna Dennis and husband John of Junction, Rose Mary Hargis and husband John of Schertz and Rebecca Ann Parish and husband John of Pflugerville; one brother Julian Buantello of Uvalde; five grandchildren and one great grandchild; numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and five brothers, Rosendo F. Buantello, Tomas F. Buantello Jr., Armando F. Buantello, Elpidio F. Buantello and Jose F. Buantello.
A rosary will be held on Sunday and Monday at 7:00 pm at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 12, 2016 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
Cremation under the direction of Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary.
