Rose Mann

Rose Lorraine Mann of La Pryor passed away on October 17, 2012 in San Antonio at the age of 75. She was born on February 16, 1937 in Jourdanton, TX to Julian Daniel and Rosa Hillburn Johnson. She married Edward R. Mann in Pleasanton on February 5, 1955. She is survived by her husband of 57 years two sons, Thomas Edward Mann and wife, Karol of Corpus Christi, TX and Jerry Daniel Mann and wife, Joanna of Justin, TX two daughters, Karen Lorraine Grasmick and husband, Rick of Progreso Lakes, TX and Kristi Rose Mann of Austin six grandchildren, Jessica Tidwell Kimberly Ferguson Klinton Mann Jacy Mann Jake Mann and Kori Mann one greatgrandchild, Tatum Tidwell and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Helen Lawerance and Normi Berthold. Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 22, 2012 at 10:30 AM at First Baptist Church in Uvalde with burial to follow in La Pryor Cemetery. Rev. Jerry Fortune will officiate. Pallbearers will be Jake Mann Klint Mann Bobby Tidwell and Brent Ferguson. Honorary pallbearers will be Rick Grasmick and Kirby McRorey. Memorial donations may be made to the Uvalde Humane Society or the First Baptist Church in Batesville.
