Rosendo Tobias

Rosendo Ramos Tobias of Uvalde passed away on September 10, 2014 at Amistad Nursing Home in Uvalde at the age of 78. He was born on November 2, 1935 in Uvalde to Prajedes and Guadalupe Ramos Tobias. He is survived by his daughter, Irene Rodriguez of Uvalde sister, Maria Ester Tobias of San Jose, California brothers, Prajedes Tobias Jr. and wife Gloria of San Martin, California, Albert Tobias and wife Maria of San Jose, California and Fred Tobias and wife Maria of Hemet, California grandchildren, Beatrice Marisol Tobias and Christopher Zackary Rodriguez 2 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and wife, Beatrice Flores Tobias. A rosary will be held on Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 7:00 p.m. at RushingEstesKnowles Mortuary. A funeral mass will be held on Monday, September 15, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Beto Tobias, Freddy Flores, Gilbert Sandoval, Roy Velasquez, Roy Torres and Alfred Hernandez.
