Ruby Garza

Ruby Vasquez Garza of Uvalde passed away on December 25, 2017 at the age of 51. She was born on May 13, 1966 in Uvalde to Delfino Santiago and Viviana (Trevino) Vasquez. She is survived by her daughters, Laura Garza, Viviana Garcia and Victoria Garcia; son, Alfred Garza, III, sister, Mary Santos all of Uvalde; 3 grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Ruben T. Vasquez and Robert T. Vasquez.

A rosary will be held on Wednesday, January 3, 2018 and Thursday, January 4, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary. A funeral mass will be held on Friday, January 5, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church.

Pallbearers will be Ernesto Garcia, Enrique V. Garcia Jr., Ruben Martinez, Jose Martinez, Alfredo V. Rodriguez and Domingo Velasquez.

Cremation under the direction of Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary.
