Ruby Hernandez

Ruby Mena Hernandez of Uvalde passed away on September 22, 2010 at the Methodist Hospital in San Antonio, Texas at the age 39. She was born on April 20, 1971 in Carrizo Springs, Texas to Bernabe and Dora Mena . She married Jose Alfredo Hernandez on September 11, 1997 in Payette, Idaho. She is survived by her husband of thirteen years, Jose Alfredo Hernandez of Uvalde, Tx. three sons Emilio Mena Hernandez, Enrique Mena Hernandez and Jose A. Hernandez Jr. all of Uvalde, Tx. her parents Bernabe and Dora Mena of Uvalde, Tx. three sisters Cynthia Mena of Uvalde, Tx. Veronica Arroyos of Boise, Idaho Esmeralda Gill of Payette, Idaho two brothers Antonio Mena of Batesville, Tx. and Johnny Joe Mena of Uvalde, Tx. father and motherinlaw Artemio and Rafaela Hernandez of Fruitland, Idaho and numeous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. A rosary will be held on Friday at 7:00 PM at RushingEstesKnowles Chapel. Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, September 25, 2010 at 10:00 AM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with burial to follow in Benito Juarez Cemetery in Crystal City, Texas. Pallbearers will be Bernabe Mena Jr., Johnny Joe Mena II, Steven Mena, Hector Vargas, Daniel Servantez, and Artemio Hernandez Jr., Honorary Pallbearer will be Emilio Mena Hernandez.
