Ruth Guyler

Ruth Guyler of Crystal City passed away on June 25, 2015 at her residence at the age of 96. She was born on February 8, 1919 in Wharton County near East Bernard, TX to Otto Kramer and Bertha Adler Kramer. She married Bernard R. Guyler in Wallis, TX on December 3, 1938. He preceded her in death in 1991. She is survived by two daughters, Shirley Ruth Bryson of Austin and Susan Knowles and husband, Bryson of Concan; son, Buddy Guyler of Crystal City; 8 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband; son, Sammy L. Guyler; two brothers and one sister. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, June 30, 2015 at 10:00 AM at First United Methodist Church in Crystal City with burial to follow in Edgewood Cemetery, Crystal City.
